The new Gas cooktops with FlameSelect and its patented valve technology lets you regulate the gas output precisely and noticeably with power levels from 1 to 9. This helps you always to get perfect results – simply at the flick of a wrist.

FlameSelect allows you to adjust the exact flame size easily – from low to high across nine predefined power levels. Unlike conventional gas cooktops with inaccurate power setting, with the new Bosch cooktops you are completely in control of the temperature settings, which is especially important when it comes to cooking at intermediate levels of heat.

All our gas cooktops feature cast-iron pan supports that are both stylish and highly durable, providing solid support for your pots and pans. They are also extremely robust.
Strong and smooth at the same time.
The high power of the DualWok burners brings water to boil very fast, but low power is just as important for your favourite dishes. So smooth, that it’s perfect for cooking delicious sauces or for keeping your food hot.
All our gas cooktops feature different burner combinations for greater flexibility. With wok, high-speed, standard and economy burners, you can cook more efficiently with the burner most suited to the size of the pan.
Selected gas cooktop models feature a powerful wok-style burner, which provides up to 19.5Mj/h. Suitable for use with flat-based pans or with a wok using the wok ring provided.
Safety features.
Flame failure device
For added safety, all Bosch gas cooktops feature a flame failure device. This feature stops the supply of gas to the burners if the flame is extinguished.
One-hand ignition
Push and turn the ergonomically designed control knobs and the gas ignites automatically. As well as offering the convenience of only using one hand, there is also no separate ignition button to clean.
