Get in contact with the Bosch Service Hotline to clarify how to book a repair. The Service experts will ask for some appliance data and a description of the problem.
Please provide the model number (E-Nr) of your appliance. The E-Nr. is needed to prepare the repair in the central workshop.
The E-Nr. is shown on the type plate of your appliance. It consists of three letters at the beginning followed by a mix of numbers and letters.
Bosch model numbers will always start with three letters and will always end by a “/” and two numbers as the last two signs.

Arrange a repair by sending your appliance to our repair workshop
Talk to our service team to log the job. Please call 0800245700 Option 2 to get a job reference number as this is required before our workshop team can service the appliance.
Once you have the job reference number, please drop or courier the appliance to the below address:

For drop offs (small appliances only), please visit between 9am to 3pm, Mondays to Friday except public holidays.
Note: Drive all the way down the driveway to the left of City Fitness until you reach the open carpark. It is the unit in the middle.
- For in warranty repairs, we will provide you with the courier ticket.
- Please make sure to send all parts of the small domestic appliance including its accessories if possible. For vacuum cleaners, please include all attachments which came with the unit.
- You must ensure it is cleaned, drained and free from debris or residues, securely packed and insured. If not, cleaning charge may apply.

For repairs which requires an engineer's visit if a repair isn’t possible or not recommended in out-of-warranty cases, Within the warranty, there will be solution, such as the exchange of your appliance.we have a variety of solutions available such as Direct Replacement Service, old disposal and scrapping, etc

Our customer service only uses only original replacement spare parts – not copies or second-hand parts. To prepare in the best way, all issues are analysed in advance by a technical team to ensure the engineer is equipped with the replacement spare parts likely to be needed to complete the repair.

If your appliance is covered by the two-year Bosch manufacturer warranty conditions there will no charge for the repair.
