“Yu Sheng” also known as “Prosperity Toss” is typically eaten on the seventh day of the Lunar New Year celebration. This colourful dish is a must eat during the festive season and is enjoyed by tossing with your chopsticks – the higher you toss, the more prosperous a year you will have.
